50gChunky salsa
10mlOlive oil
0.12units.itemstray of vene cress
70gSweet potato cream
0.1units.itemsTray of flower mix
5units.itemsBlack Tiger shrimp 13-15 RC
Preparation
- Put the sweet potato cream in a piping bag and set aside in a warming cabinet.
- Roast the prawns in a hot pan and then marinate with the chunky salsa and olive oil
