Tomato soup with zucchini and a caprese focaccia.

Ingredients

0.12units.itemsTray of rocket cress
0.1units.itemsFocaccia rosemary
1gItalian rub
100gVine tomatoes
60gBuffalo mozzarella
5mlLemon oil
2Tomato soup with zucchini

Preparation

  1. Put the desired amount of soup in a small pan and heat gently.
  2. Cut the focaccia into long strips and bake in the oven for 4 minutes at 180°C.
  3. Cut the tomato and buffalo mozzarella into uneven cubes and marinate with the lemon oil and Italian rub, and season with coarse sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  4. Arrange the tomatoes and mozzarella on the focaccia crostini and garnish with basil leaves.
  5. Pour the soup into a large bowl and garnish with rocket cress and lemon oil.
