Ingredients

350gLobster soup
80gPrawns
160gSea bass with garlic and lemon
40gSamphire
2gSea fennel
2gDill
150gMussels
40gFennel
20gTaste of the sea mix

Preparation

  1. Pour the desired amount of soup into a small pan and heat gently.
  2. Place the sea bass on a baking tray and bake for 5 minutes until crispy at 190°C.
  3. Briefly fry the prawns and mussels in a hot pan and deglaze with a little soup.
  4. Arrange all ingredients together in a large dish and garnish with the salty herbs.
