
Gold Chocolate & Sweet Pistache soft serve
Creamy soft serve with crunchy pistachio and warm coconut-chocolate sauce that sets into a thin, brittle layer, finished with gold.Ingredients

50gPistachio nuts
200gDark chocolate
40gCoconut oil

Preparation
- Melt the sugar with the coconut oil in a pan.
- Add the pistachios and mix well. Do not let them get too dark and turn the heat off or low.
- Spread the nuts on a baking tray and bake for about 4 to 5 minutes in a preheated oven at 170 °C.
- If desired, briefly bake the nuts again with butter and sugar and optionally add a pinch of salt.
- Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
- Keep warm for service at about 40–45 °C and pour over the soft serve.
- Pour the chocolate over the soft serve.
- Spray the chocolate with gold spray.
- Decorate with the candied pistachios.
