10Lamb shanks
2Carrots
750mlRed wine
150gPesto
4Garlic cloves
1.5kgGnocchi
Preparation
- Sear the shanks all around for a nice color.
- Deglaze and cook with the remaining ingredients, except the gnocchi, for about 5 hours.
- Fry the gnocchi separately.
- Divide the gnocchi on the plate, place the shank on top, and spoon the jus around.
