Dumplings with spiced lamb mince, briefly cooked in broth. Accessible with a subtle Asian twist.

4Garlic cloves

50mlSoy sauce
30mlrice vinegar
20mlChili oil
20mlSesame oil

Preparation

  1. Prepare the broth from the listed ingredients.

  1. Mix all ingredients for the filling.
  2. Fill the dumplings (± 30 g each) and fold them carefully closed.
  3. Blanch briefly in the broth.

  1. Place the dumplings in a bowl.
  2. Pour the broth over and finish with sesame and spring onion.
