Preparation
- Prepare the broth from the listed ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients for the filling.
- Fill the dumplings (± 30 g each) and fold them carefully closed.
- Blanch briefly in the broth.
- Place the dumplings in a bowl.
- Pour the broth over and finish with sesame and spring onion.
