Lángos classic
Classic lángos with crème fraîche, grated Oud Brugge cheese, spring onion and black pepper, golden-brown and full of flavor.Ingredients

Crème fraîche
1Lángos
1.5Garlic paste
Freshly ground black pepper
50mlWater
Spring onion
Oud Brugge cheese
Preparation
- Blend the water, garlic paste and olive oil with a hand blender. This is a basic recipe and can be used to brush several lángos.
- Brush the lángos with the garlic water before baking.
- Bake the lángos for about 5–7 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Spread the baked lángos with crème fraîche.
- Top with grated Oud Brugge cheese, spring onion and freshly ground black pepper.
