Lángos classic

Classic lángos with crème fraîche, grated Oud Brugge cheese, spring onion and black pepper, golden-brown and full of flavor.

Ingredients

1.5Olive oil
Crème fraîche
1Lángos
1.5Garlic paste
Freshly ground black pepper
50mlWater
Spring onion
Oud Brugge cheese

Preparation

  1. Blend the water, garlic paste and olive oil with a hand blender. This is a basic recipe and can be used to brush several lángos.
  2. Brush the lángos with the garlic water before baking.
  3. Bake the lángos for about 5–7 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
  4. Spread the baked lángos with crème fraîche.
  5. Top with grated Oud Brugge cheese, spring onion and freshly ground black pepper.
