Lángos chorizo

50mlWater
Crème fraîche
1.5Olive oil
Red onion
1.5Garlic paste
Grated aged cheese

Preparation
- Blend the water, garlic paste and olive oil with a hand blender. This is a basic recipe and can be used to brush several lángos.
- Brush the lángos with the garlic water before baking.
- Bake the lángos for about 5–7 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Meanwhile, slice the chorizo and briefly fry it.
- Spread the baked lángos with crème fraîche.
- Top with grated aged cheese, chorizo slices, red onion and chives.
