Lángos chorizo

Golden-brown lángos with crème fraîche, melted cheese, spicy chorizo, red onion and chives for a flavorful kick.

Ingredients

1Lángos
50mlWater
Crème fraîche
1.5Olive oil
Red onion
1.5Garlic paste
Grated aged cheese
Spicy chorizo
Chives

Preparation

  1. Blend the water, garlic paste and olive oil with a hand blender. This is a basic recipe and can be used to brush several lángos.
  2. Brush the lángos with the garlic water before baking.
  3. Bake the lángos for about 5–7 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
  4. Meanwhile, slice the chorizo and briefly fry it.
  5. Spread the baked lángos with crème fraîche.
  6. Top with grated aged cheese, chorizo slices, red onion and chives.
