Golden-brown fried lángos with crème fraîche, egg, cheddar and crispy bacon for a savory English breakfast twist.Ingredients

1Lángos
1.5Garlic paste
1.5Olive oil
Crème fraîche
Grated cheddar
Egg
Bacon cubes
Chives
Spring onion
Preparation
- Blend the water, garlic paste and olive oil with a hand blender. This is a basic recipe and can be used to brush several lángos.
- Brush the lángos with the garlic water before baking.
- Bake the lángos for about 5–7 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg as desired.
- Spread the baked lángos with crème fraîche.
- Top with grated cheddar, the fried egg, spring onion and chives.
- Finish with crispy bacon cubes.
