Preparation
- Boil the eggs for 5 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the water, save the water, and gently tap cracks into the eggshells with a teaspoon so the shell breaks.
- Add the soy sauce to the cooking liquid.
- Then simmer the eggs gently for about 25 minutes. Let them sit overnight in the fridge in the cooking liquid.
- Peel the eggs and serve as desired and to taste.
