500mlBéchamel sauce
Parmesan cheese
500mlQimiQ
Preparation

Mix the QimiQ with the béchamel sauce in a food processor until smooth.

Season with herbs of your choice.

Fill the small vol-au-vents with a little of this mixture.

Add garnish as desired; in this recipe chives and parsley are used. Tip: make sure the garnish is cooked.

Spoon a little more of the QimiQ-béchamel mixture on top and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in an oven at 180°C until the pastries are heated through and lightly golden brown.
