Pavlova & Passoã

Delicious with red fruit, but now surprisingly different: with a creamy crème based on the French liqueur Passoã.

Ingredients

Red fruit
250gMascarpone
125gSour cream
Icing sugar
Vanilla ice cream
100mlPassoã

Preparation

  1. Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream and powdered sugar to taste.
  2. Finally, mix in the Passoã.
  3. Fill the meringue cups with the cream.
  4. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh red fruit.
  5. Tip: you can fill the meringue cups with the cream in advance. If they sit for a while, they become a bit softer and even tastier to eat.
