Pavlova & Passoã
Delicious with red fruit, but now surprisingly different: with a creamy crème based on the French liqueur Passoã.Ingredients
Red fruit
250gMascarpone
125gSour cream
Icing sugar
Vanilla ice cream
100mlPassoã
Preparation
- Mix the mascarpone with the sour cream and powdered sugar to taste.
- Finally, mix in the Passoã.
- Fill the meringue cups with the cream.
- Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and fresh red fruit.
- Tip: you can fill the meringue cups with the cream in advance. If they sit for a while, they become a bit softer and even tastier to eat.
