325gWater
50gmashed potato powder
20gPotato starch
50ginstant polenta powder
green rice flakes
Salt to taste
Fresh herbs
Preparation
- Mix the potato powder, polenta, starch, and salt.
- Add the water and bring to a boil.
- Spread thinly with the help of a stencil. Press some green rice flakes on top.
- Dry for about 2 hours at 40°C. Fry in oil until crispy.
- Make a powder from the green herbs by drying them in the microwave and grinding to a powder.
- Dust the whole with green herb powder.
