Preparation
- Bake the bread for about 13 minutes at 200°C and cut to the desired size.
- Spread the slices with olive oil and skinned sausage.
- Place the 'sausage side' on the grill and cook.
- Top with pesto of lemon balm, tarragon, rosemary, and some grilled lemon (to squeeze over the sausage).
