Sobrasada butter

In this butter, the sobrasada is mixed with cream butter and olive oil into a light, savory spread.Sobrasada is a spreadable, spicy and seasoned Spanish sausage.

Ingredients

Salt
100gOlive oil
1kgSoft butter
200gSobrasada (without casing)

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil with the sausage and fry until well done.
  2. Let cool and then mix with the butter.
  3. Season with salt if desired.
  4. Whip until fluffy before use.
