Tortilla & Chorizo
Soft potato, spicy chorizo, and pimentón come together under a layer of melted Manchego.A warm Spanish classic in a contemporary version.Ingredients
Chives
Pimentón (smoked paprika)
Leek oil
Manchego
1Egg
Potato gratin
Chorizo cubes
Preparation
- Grease an ovenproof dish with oil.
- Spread some potato gratin in the dish.
- Beat the egg with pimentón to taste.
- Distribute a few chorizo cubes over the potato and pour the beaten egg over it.
- Drizzle some leek oil over and grate Manchego on top.
- Bake for about 8 to 10 minutes in an oven at 180°C.
- Garnish with chives.
