3gDry yeast
Manchego
30mlOlive oil
250gFlour
150mlWater
12gPaella spices
Ibiza salt
Egg
Serrano ham
Honey

Preparation

  1. Soak the yeast in part of the water.
  2. Mix the flour with the spices.
  3. Put everything in the KitchenAid with a dough hook and knead into a smooth dough.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let rise for about 2 hours at room temperature.
  5. Form balls from the dough and roll them out thinly.
  6. Brush with beaten egg.
  7. Sprinkle with Ibiza salt and grated manchego.
  8. Bake at 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  9. Serve with Serrano ham and manchego cheese with honey.
