Preparation
- Soak the yeast in part of the water.
- Mix the flour with the spices.
- Put everything in the KitchenAid with a dough hook and knead into a smooth dough.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a tea towel, and let rise for about 2 hours at room temperature.
- Form balls from the dough and roll them out thinly.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Sprinkle with Ibiza salt and grated manchego.
- Bake at 180°C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with Serrano ham and manchego cheese with honey.
