200gCream cheese
10gBasil leaves
10gBasil oil
75gMarinated tomatoes (finely chopped)
4Crème fraîche
Salt
Garlic croutons
Preparation
- Fry the peppers in oil at 180°C.
- Let them drain well.
- Sprinkle with smoked salt mixed with paella spices.
- Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except the garlic croutons) and whip until airy.
- Let guests apply the spread to the Padrón peppers themselves.
- Serve with crumbled garlic croutons for extra crunch.
