Bikini sandwich

Soft brioche bread is filled with creamy alioli cream, spicy Sobrasada butter, Serrano ham and Mahón cheese, then grilled until golden brown.A Spanish classic with a luxurious twist.

Ingredients

1kgSoft butter
100gOlive oil
200gSobrasada (without casing)
Salt

100gAlioli limón
200gCream cheese
Brioche bread
Sobrasada butter
Serrano ham
Pepperoni slices
Mahon cheese

Preparation

  1. Heat the olive oil with the sausage and fry until well done.
  2. Let cool and then mix with the butter.
  3. Season with salt if desired.
  4. Whip until fluffy before use.

  1. Cut the crusts off the bread.
  2. Mix the alioli limón with the cream cheese and spread one slice with this mixture.
  3. Spread the other slice with sobrasada butter.
  4. Top with pepperoni slices, Serrano ham and finally a slice of Mahón.
  5. Grill until golden brown and warm in a sandwich maker.
