100gOlive oil
200gSobrasada (without casing)
Salt
100gAlioli limón
200gCream cheese
Brioche bread
Sobrasada butter
Serrano ham
Pepperoni slices
Mahon cheese
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil with the sausage and fry until well done.
- Let cool and then mix with the butter.
- Season with salt if desired.
- Whip until fluffy before use.
- Cut the crusts off the bread.
- Mix the alioli limón with the cream cheese and spread one slice with this mixture.
- Spread the other slice with sobrasada butter.
- Top with pepperoni slices, Serrano ham and finally a slice of Mahón.
- Grill until golden brown and warm in a sandwich maker.
