Magic Seasoning

Preparation
- Cut the tops off the fresh jalapeño peppers.
- Mix some fresh cream cheese with grated cheddar cheese.
- Season the cream cheese mixture with the Magic Seasoning.
- Fill the jalapeños with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag.
- Press the sausage meat out of the merguez sausages and form it around the filled jalapeños to make armadillo eggs.
- Cook the armadillo eggs in the oven at 180°C.
- After cooking, skewer the armadillo eggs, brush them with honey-chipotle barbecue sauce, and grill on the barbecue.
