Paneer skewers
We mainly know this grilling cheese from Indian cuisine.Marinated in, among other things, curry masala; delicious as a vegetarian skewer!
Ingredients
1Pointed pepper
2units.theelepelground coriander
400gpaneer cheese
150gGreek yogurt
1Red onion
1units.eetlepelChopped garlic
1units.theelepelmustard flower
1units.theelepelground chili
1units.eetlepelgrated ginger
2units.eetlepeltabasco oil
1units.theelepelmasala curry
finely chopped fresh mint and coriander
juice of 1 lemon
Vegetarian samosa
Preparation
- Cut the paneer cheese into cubes.
- Cut the pointed pepper and red onion into pieces.
- For the marinade, mix the Greek yogurt with masala curry, ground coriander, ground chili, mustard flour, fresh mint and coriander, lemon juice, grated ginger, chopped garlic, and the Tabasco oil.
- Coat the paneer, pointed pepper, and red onion in the marinade and skewer them onto a skewer.
- Finally, skewer a thawed vegetarian samosa onto the skewer.
- Grill the skewers on the barbecue.
