BBQ sandwich with grilled pork sausage, pesto, pepperoni, tomato and melted mozzarella on crispy panuozzo bread.

Mozzarella slices

Pesto

Tomato slices

Pepperoni slices

Pork sausages

Panuozzo breads

Bake the panuozzo bread according to the instructions.
Grill the pork sausage on the barbecue until cooked through and nicely colored.
Cut the bread open and spread pesto on the inside.
Place the grilled sausage on top and add slices of pepperoni, tomato, and mozzarella.
Wrap the sandwich in aluminum foil and put it back on the barbecue until the mozzarella is nicely melted.
Serve warm, straight from the barbecue.
