Muhammara

Preparation
- Let the croissant buns thaw and bake them at 190°C for about 15 minutes.
- Let cool on a rack.
- Cut in half.
- Spread some muhammara on both halves.
- Bake bacon slices until crispy at 180°C in the oven.
- Place them on the bun.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese and finally a sunny side up fried egg.
- Garnish generously with salad pea cress.
