Freshly sweet and creamy, served in a crispy tartlet shell.Ingredients

50gWhiskey cocktail sauce

10gGarlic mayonnaise

Preparation
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes until done and cool them in cold water. Peel the eggs and cut them in half.
- Remove the yolks and press them through a sieve. Keep the egg whites and rinse them briefly under cold water.
- Mix the yolks with the whisky cocktail sauce, garlic mayonnaise, and crème fraîche until smooth.
- Finely chop the egg whites and season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix in finely chopped chives.
- Spoon the egg white mixture into the tartlets. Pipe the yolk cream on top and garnish with a little ketchup.
