150gSour cream
Mustard caviar
Curly parsley
Mini pastry cases
800gCroquette ragout
Preparation
- Mix the croquette ragout with the sour cream in a food processor until pipeable.
- Pipe this into the pastry cases.
- Place the cases in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8 minutes.
- Garnish with some mustard caviar and parsley.
