Puff pastry cases with croquette ragout & mustard

Surprisingly warm snack with the filling of a croquette without frying.

Ingredients

150gSour cream
Mustard caviar
Curly parsley
Mini pastry cases
800gCroquette ragout

Preparation

  1. Mix the croquette ragout with the sour cream in a food processor until pipeable.
  2. Pipe this into the pastry cases.
  3. Place the cases in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8 minutes.
  4. Garnish with some mustard caviar and parsley.
