Preparation
- Mix the ossenworst, filet americain and sour cream in the food processor until smooth and pipeable.
- Blend the piccalilly in the food processor.
- Mix this with mayonnaise to taste to make a sauce.
- Pipe the ossenworst cream into the croustade cups.
- Garnish with the piccalilly sauce and some finely chopped cornichons.
