Ingredients

Cornichons
500gFilet americain
Piccalilly
200gSour cream
Zeedijk curry mayonnaise
500gOssenworst
Mini croustade cups

Preparation

  1. Mix the ossenworst, filet americain and sour cream in the food processor until smooth and pipeable.
  2. Blend the piccalilly in the food processor.
  3. Mix this with mayonnaise to taste to make a sauce.
  4. Pipe the ossenworst cream into the croustade cups.
  5. Garnish with the piccalilly sauce and some finely chopped cornichons.
