Tomato crumble

Chili oil
Smoked beef slices
8gsushi vinegar
10gChive oil

Preparation
- Pat the mozzarella dry and cut into the desired size.
- Mix with chive oil, sushi vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste. Place the mozzarella in the cups and cover with smoked beef.
- Season further if desired and drizzle with chili oil. Finish with tomato crumble and basil cress.
