Flammkuchen burrata & anchovies

Flammkuchen with anchovies, burrata, red chili, lemon zest, and crème fraîche.

Ingredients

Flammkuchen
Anchovies
Red chili pepper
Burrata
Lemon zest

Preparation

  1. Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over the flammkuchen.
  2. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes.
  3. Spread the burrata over the flammkuchen.
  4. Top with the remaining ingredients and grate fresh lemon over it.
