Preparation
- Spread a thin layer of crème fraîche over the flammkuchen.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 3 minutes.
- Spread the burrata over the flammkuchen.
- Top with the remaining ingredients and grate fresh lemon over it.
