Preparation
- Spread tomato sauce over the flammkuchen.
- Slice the smoked beet into thin slices.
- Crumble the goat cheese.
- Slice the spring onion.
- Top the flammkuchen with all ingredients (the bacon cubes can be added raw).
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
