Preparation
- Spread pink sauerkraut over the flammkuchen to taste.
- Spread venison stew over the flammkuchen to taste.
- Spread sliced red onion over the flammkuchen to taste.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 5 minutes.
- Top the flammkuchen with the onion confit.
