Flammkuchen with taleggio, apple, pancetta, cranberry compote, and crème fraîche.

Ingredients

Apple
Crème fraîche
Taleggio
Flammkuchen
Cranberry confit
Pancetta

Preparation

  1. Mix the crème fraîche with the cranberry confit.
  2. Spread the mixture over the flammkuchen.
  3. Cut the cheese and apple to the desired size.
  4. Top the flammkuchen with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
