Flammkuchen smoky salmon

Flammkuchen with smoked salmon, onion confit, wasabi mayonnaise, caper berries, dill, and crème fraîche.

Ingredients

Dill
Onion confit
Flammkuchen
caper berries
Crème fraîche
Wasabi mayonnaise
Smoked salmon

Preparation

  1. Mix the crème fraîche with the onion confit.
  2. Spread the mixture over the flammkuchen.
  3. Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
  4. Cut the salmon and caper berries to the desired size.
  5. Top the flammkuchen.
