Preparation
- Spread tomato sauce over the flammkuchen.
- Cut the stewed pears into wedges.
- Crumble the gorgonzola.
- Chop the smoked almonds.
- Top the flammkuchen with all ingredients.
- Bake the flammkuchen in a preheated oven at 250°C (if available, with a stone) and bake the flammkuchen for about 4 minutes.
- Garnish with the port syrup.
