Preparation
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
- Add the mango puree and coconut milk.
- Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Pass the soup through a fine sieve.
- Season the soup cocktail with lime juice and Drambuie.
- Serve the Fruity Devil cold or lukewarm in small glasses. Garnish with the ends of red chili peppers as 'ears' on the rim of the glass.
