An exotic Thai red curry soup cocktail with mango puree, coconut milk, lime, and a surprising touch of Drambuie.Delicious served cold or lukewarm in small glasses. Ingredients for 10 people.

Ingredients

15gDrambuie
45gcoconut milk
2.5gLime juice
100gMango puree
95gKnorr Professional Thai red curry soup

Preparation

  1. Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and, while stirring, add the weighed soup powder.
  2. Add the mango puree and coconut milk.
  3. Let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
  4. Pass the soup through a fine sieve.
  5. Season the soup cocktail with lime juice and Drambuie.
  6. Serve the Fruity Devil cold or lukewarm in small glasses. Garnish with the ends of red chili peppers as 'ears' on the rim of the glass.
