Bloody Mary
A spicy tomato soup cocktail with vodka, Worcestershire sauce, lemon and Tabasco.Served in glasses with cucumber, celery, olives and a rim of tomato powder. Ingredients for 10 people.Ingredients

100gKnorr Professional Tuscan Tomato Soup
60gVodka
60gTomato paste
40gDried tomato flakes
30Olives
1gBlack pepper
1Celery stalk
5Mini cucumbers
Preparation
- Bring 1 liter of water to a boil and add the weighed soup powder while stirring.
- Add the tomato paste and let the soup simmer gently for 5 minutes.
- Season the soup cocktail with Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco and vodka.
- Rub the dried tomato flakes through a fine sieve to make tomato powder.
- Moisten the rims of the glasses with lemon juice and dip them in the tomato powder.
- Cut the mini cucumbers into quarters.
- Divide the cucumber and celery among the glasses.
- Pour the soup cocktail into the glasses and garnish with olives and black pepper.
- Serving tip: Serve with black or green olives and optionally vary with green Tabasco or Tabasco with smoked peppers.
