Ingredients

50gFinely chopped shallots
Butter
2.5Malaga
2.5Knorr Professional Demi Glace

Preparation

  1. Sauté the shallots in the butter and add the Malaga.
  2. Bring the wine with the shallots to a boil.
  3. Add the demi-glace and bring everything to a boil.
  4. Reduce the sauce to taste.
