1gMustard powder
2gMustard seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut the mustard fruit into small pieces.
  2. Bring the mustard seeds to a boil in a little water.
  3. Add the mustard powder and some liquid from the mustard fruit.
  4. Add the demi-glace and reduce to the desired thickness and taste.
  5. Add the chopped mustard fruit.
