Redefine Meat Bratwurst in a baguette with fried sauerkraut

Preparation
- Bake the pistolet in a preheated oven (180°C).
- Grill the Redefine Bratwurst in a preheated grill pan, on the plancha, or barbecue until it has a crispy layer and is hot in the center. (Grilling from frozen or thawed is both possible).
- Sauté the sauerkraut until it has a nice golden color.
- Mix the mustard, ketchup, and mayonnaise into a smooth sauce.
- Slice the pistolet open (lengthwise and from the top).
- Top the pistolet with the sauce and fill with the sautéed sauerkraut.
- Place the hot, crispy sausage in the filled pistolet.
- Finally, sprinkle some fried onions as a topping on the dish.
