Preparation
- Peel the asparagus and cook them for 8–10 minutes in lightly salted water.
- Mix the soft butter with the miso, rice vinegar, and honey.
- Heat a pan and briefly fry or grill the asparagus.
- Add the miso butter and glaze the asparagus in it.
- Divide the asparagus over the plates.
- Spoon the miso butter over them.
- Sprinkle with sesame and finely chopped spring onion.
