Tacos with grilled white asparagus and avocado

Tacos with grilled white asparagus, creamy avocado, radish and coriander, fresh and slightly spicy in taste.

Ingredients

50gRadish
720gWhite asparagus
10gCoriander
2gSalt
15mlOlive oil
150gAvocado
4Corn tortillas
2gChili powder
15mlLime juice

Preparation

  1. Peel the white asparagus and grill them in olive oil.
  2. Puree the avocado with lime juice and salt.
  3. Briefly heat the tortillas in a dry pan.
  4. Spread the avocado puree on the tortillas.
  5. Place the grilled asparagus on top.
  6. Garnish with radish, coriander and chili powder.
