Strawberry & ricotta
Soft ricotta-amaretto cream with marinated strawberries in a tartelette.Ingredients
Vanilla liqueur
Strawberries
250gRicotta
Mini sweet tartelettes
50Amaretto syrup
Preparation
- Mix the ricotta with the amaretto syrup until smooth.
- Finely chop the strawberries and mix with a little vanilla liqueur.
- Pipe a small amount of ricotta cream into the tartelettes. Top with some marinated strawberries.
- Garnish with a dollop of ricotta cream and a few flower petals.
