Strawberry & ricotta

Soft ricotta-amaretto cream with marinated strawberries in a tartelette.

Ingredients

Vanilla liqueur
Strawberries
250gRicotta
Mini sweet tartelettes
50Amaretto syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix the ricotta with the amaretto syrup until smooth.
  2. Finely chop the strawberries and mix with a little vanilla liqueur.
  3. Pipe a small amount of ricotta cream into the tartelettes. Top with some marinated strawberries.
  4. Garnish with a dollop of ricotta cream and a few flower petals.
