Velvety smooth, creamy with the beloved taste of Baileys in a tartelette.Ingredients
6Gelatine sheets
Sweet tartelette shells
70gBaileys
230gMilk chocolate
600gCream 35%
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin in cold water.
- Heat the cream together with the Baileys and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it.
- Pour the mixture over the milk chocolate and stir until smooth. Let the mixture set in the refrigerator.
- Then whip the mousse until airy in a stand mixer with a whisk.
- Pipe the mousse into the tartelettes and finally grate some chocolate over them.
