Basic green pesto

A basic green pesto made with parsley, basil, Parmesan, and cashew.

Ingredients

1bunch of basil
2Garlic paste
300mlOlive oil
1Bunch of parsley
100gCashew crunch
50gParmesan cheese (grated)

Preparation

  1. Blanch the parsley and basil and immediately cool in ice water.
  2. Put the parsley, basil, garlic pulp, cashew crunch, and Parmesan cheese together with the olive oil in the blender and blend to the desired texture.
