A basic green pesto made with parsley, basil, Parmesan, and cashew.Ingredients
1bunch of basil
2Garlic paste
300mlOlive oil
1Bunch of parsley
100gCashew crunch
50gParmesan cheese (grated)
Preparation
- Blanch the parsley and basil and immediately cool in ice water.
- Put the parsley, basil, garlic pulp, cashew crunch, and Parmesan cheese together with the olive oil in the blender and blend to the desired texture.
