Preparation
- For the batter, mix the milk with the vanilla sugar, eggs and cinnamon powder using a whisk.
- Place the poffertjes in the batter and let them soak up some of the mixture.
- Then fry the poffertjes in butter.
- Peel the Goudreinet apple and cut it into cubes.
- Stew the apple cubes in butter and cinnamon sugar until tender.
- Spoon the fried poffertjes onto a plate.
- Serve with the stewed cinnamon apples, vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce.
