Fresh strawberries
250gRicotta
50gCloudy lemonade
100gGelling sugar
Preparation
- Let the poffertjes thaw and briefly heat them in the oven or microwave.
- For the ricotta cream, mix the ricotta and cloudy lemonade until smooth and sweet.
- Hull 200 grams of strawberries and put them in a pan with the gelling sugar and lemon juice.
- Heat on low and bring to a boil until the strawberries are completely soft and the sugar has dissolved.
- Press the mixture through a sieve to make a smooth sauce.
- Clean more strawberries and cut them to the desired size. Mix the strawberries with the sauce.
- Serve the poffertjes with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, the strawberry sauce and the ricotta cream.
- Garnish with a dollop of cotton candy.
