Mini sourdough pizza with white asparagus and burrata

Mini sourdough pizza with white asparagus, creamy burrata, Parmesan and basil, fresh and full of flavor.

Ingredients

1gBlack pepper
20mlOlive oil
8White asparagus
2gLemon zest
50gParmesan cheese
250gBurrata
1Bunch of basil
300gSourdough pizza dough

Preparation

  1. Divide the dough into 4 small pizzas.
  2. Peel the asparagus and cut them into thin ribbons.
  3. Top the pizzas with asparagus and Parmesan cheese and bake them for 6–8 minutes in an oven at 250°C.
  4. Remove the pizzas from the oven and place the burrata on top.
  5. Break open the burrata.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon zest.
  7. Finish with black pepper and basil.
